Shut up, Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX)
Joe Barton made a hilariously awkward attempt at a GOTCHA the other day by referring to commented out lines in a javascript that runs on Healthcare.gov regarding privacy. He was trying to whip up a frothing frenzy of stupid by supplying broken plastic spoons instead of pitchforks, and Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ) delivered what can only be described a swift kick to the nuts.
Best quote has to be Pallone’s “I will not yield to this monkey court,” with a close runner-up being Joe Barton’s outrage while attempting to explain that this is a serious legitimate hearing and that it is not, in fact, a monkey court.
I LOL’ed.

Doctor: Here, take these drugs!
Me: They work, kind of, I guess, maybe? Some of the negative side effects are pretty damn negative.
Doctor: Wait, are you taking the generic version?
